  • Your gift directly supports scholarships, student programs, and community initiatives that enhance the success of AAMU students. Donations also help fund outreach, mentoring, and events that strengthen ties between the university, alumni, and the Montgomery community.

  • Yes. Donations to AAMU through the Alumni Association are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor for details specific to your situation.

  • Absolutely. You may designate your donation to support scholarships, student recruitment, or chapter initiatives. If you do not specify, your contribution will be applied where it is needed most.

  • You can donate by giving online through the secure AAMU Alumni Association platform. Payments are accepted by credit card, debit card, or check.

    • One-time gift: A single contribution made at the time of your choosing.

    • Recurring donation: An automatic monthly contribution that continues your support year-round. You may update or cancel your recurring gift at any time.

  • The donation form defaults to a recurring gift. To give once, please select the One-time Frequency option so you will not be charged monthly.

  • Yes. Once your donation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or letter for your records.
